- Parking garages, including many that tow trucks can’t enter. Tell us the level, space and any height limit.
- Airport lots and hotel garages around LAX.
- Freeway shoulders, when it’s safe for the technician to work. In a live lane, call 911 first.
Response times
We text a real arrival estimate when you confirm and update it if traffic changes it. Time of day matters in Los Angeles: a Westside call at 2 AM is faster than a Valley call at 5 PM.
